Kelly’s Trophies is a family owned & operated business since  1967.  At Kelly’s Trophies, we offer a  wide range of award & gift products. Here are our most frequently asked questions.

What are your hours?

We are currently   open from Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.  For Wednesday evening & Saturday   hours please call 610-626-3300.  We close on all holiday   weekends.

What is your normal production turn-around time?

We schedule each job for a 7 day production time; however,  most jobs are finished in 2-3 days.  We  call each customer as soon as the job is completed.  Same day service may be available… call for  more information.

Do you deliver?

All jobs must be quoted.   Please call us for an individualized quote.

What about mistakes?

Whenever possible, a proof will be sent to the customer,  before production, for approval.  If  Kelly’s makes an error, the work will be redone at no charge to the customer.  If you (the customer) make a mistake, the  work will be redone at half price.  All  rework is moved to the front of the production schedule.

Are deposits required?

Every award is a custom made product, so deposits or payment  in advance is required until credit is established.

Do you accept small orders?

Yes. We accept all sizes of orders.

What credit card do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Do you have a printed catalog?
